Run the same calendar every month so nothing is rushed.

After ship
Watch the Returns list and the pause and cancel requests for two weeks.
Many cancellations are really I have too much. Offer a pause or a smaller box first.
Steps
Offer to skip a month before cancelling.
Ask why in one line and record the reason.
Offer a quarterly plan if monthly feels like too much.
Tag cancellations by reason every month.
Late or wrong boxes
Fix them fast and send a small gift. A late box is the most common reason for cancelling.
Presentation is the product. Check it like a customer would.
Steps
Pack in batches of 50 from a pick list.
One person checks every tenth box against the list.
Photograph a finished box for the record.
Hold any box with a damaged item.
Targets
Order accuracy above 99 percent and boxes ready one week before the ship date.
