Most orders pass through on their own. Check them anyway for the first minute.
Steps
Review each new order for address and product errors.
Confirm the artwork file matches the product.
Send the order to the print partner.
Add the tracking number and Mark shipped.
Delays
If a partner is late, message the customer once, with a new date, before they ask.
Order a sample before listing any new product. Colors on screen are not colors on cotton.
Steps
Order one sample at the partner.
Check the print position, color and fabric.
Photograph it for the listing.
Mark the design Draft until the sample passes.
Complaints
Keep a list of quality issues by partner. Move a product to another partner after two bad batches.
Partners usually only accept returns for defects. Decide your policy first.

Replace or refund when the print is defective or wrong
Change-of-mind returns are not accepted on custom prints
Ask for a photo of the defect

Send a replacement order to the partner.
Mark the original order Returned and note the reason.
