Weekly
Open Sessions and filter Note status Not started and Drafted.
Each clinician finishes their own and sets Signed.
The administrator sends a gentle reminder for anything older than a week.
Reminder
Only the status lives here. The note itself stays in your clinical record system.
Monthly
Create one statement per client from the completed sessions.
Send it the way the client prefers and mark it Sent.
Mark it Paid as payments arrive.
Overdue
After the due date, mark it Overdue and send a short, kind reminder.
After two reminders, the clinician decides on next steps.
