A call back inside one business day is the biggest factor in whether someone books.
The call
Say your name and the practice name, then thank them for reaching out.
Ask what is going on and how long; write it on the inquiry.
Offer two first-visit times and book one.
Send the intake form by email or text.
After the call
Mark the inquiry Booked and add the person under Patients.
If no answer, leave a message and try again the next day.
At the sale
Press Sell a package on the patient.
Enter visits included, price and expiry date.
Explain that each completed visit uses one.
Tracking
Visits left updates itself as visits are marked completed.
Packages with two visits left or expiring in 30 days show on the Dashboard.
Expired packages
Mark them Expired and let the provider know before the next visit.
