A good first visit makes the second one easy to book.
Consultation
Send the consultation form before the visit.
Review goals and previous treatments with the client.
Have consent forms signed before any treatment.
Treatment day
Confirm the person and the treatment on the appointment.
Give the aftercare sheet and write the date of the next visit on it.
After
Mark the appointment Completed so spend and credits update.
Starting a membership
Press Start membership on the client.
Choose the plan, monthly fee and credits included.
Set the renewal date.
Monthly
Check Credits left and tell clients who have unused credits.
Renewals in the next 30 days appear in the Next 30 days view.
Pausing and ending
Set status to Paused or Cancelled and note the reason.
Run this once a week, always on the same day.
Count
Update On hand for anything used
Look at Stock check for items marked Reorder
Expiry
Open Inventory, Next 30 days view
Move short-dated items to the front
Retire anything past its best-before date
Order
Send one order per supplier and note the date.
Rebooking
Offer the next appointment before the client leaves.
Mention the membership if they have booked three or more visits.
Win-back
Filter Clients by status Lapsed.
Send a short personal message offering a free add-on.
After two tries, leave the client Lapsed and move on.
