A 15 minute buffer between guests is non-negotiable. It protects the experience and the schedule.
Between guests
Strip and bag used linens.
Wipe surfaces and the table with disinfectant.
Set fresh linens, restock products and reset the music.
Check the temperature and the lighting.
At the end of day
Count towels in and out. Report any shortfall to the spa manager.
Gift cards are a promise. Track them as carefully as cash.
Steps
Record the card number, amount and buyer.
Hand over the card with the expiry rules.
On redemption, subtract the amount and note the new balance.
Check the balance report at the end of each month.
Check local rules
Gift card expiry and accounting differ by state. Ask your accountant before setting policy.
A spa shelf sells when it is tidy and full. Name an inventory captain.
Weekly
Count the retail shelf and the treatment room products.
Reorder when stock drops to the par level.
Move slow sellers to a feature display or discount.

Keep two boxes per room and reorder when one is left. Popular items get three.
