Share the booking details and any special requests.
After cleaning
Cleaner uploads photos and marks the turnover Cleaned.
Anything broken becomes an Issue before the next guest arrives.

On booking: welcome and house rules.
Three days before: check-in instructions and local tips.
Day of arrival: confirmation that the place is ready.
Mid-stay: short check-in.
After checkout: thanks and a review request.
