Drafting: attorney instructs, paralegal drafts.
Attorney review, then client review.
Signing: witnesses and notary booked.
Funding: assets moved into the trust.
Complete: originals stored and review date set.

A signed trust only works if the right assets are in it.

Add one Funding step per asset.
Give each an owner and due date.
Contact each institution and save confirmations.

Open Clients and look at Review due.
Send a short note offering a plan check-up.
Start a Plan update engagement for anyone who replies.
